Our Hospital / Medical Treatment Facilities services include (but are not limited to):

• Total Disinfection Cleaning. The highest degree or level of disinfection through cleaning of all environmental surfaces. The quality standard for performance of total disinfection cleaning is to significantly reduce the potential that large numbers of microorganisms on environmental surfaces will come into contact with patients. This task is performed in a systematic manner on a daily basis.
• Nosocomial Infection Prevention. Nosocomial infection is an infection acquired by patients and others during hospitalization, with diagnosis confirmed by clinical or laboratory evidence. There is a great danger with healthcare related infections because of the generally weakened condition of patients. Teltara Inc. understands that the most effective method of defense is a clean, infection-free environment and that frequent and thorough cleaning of health center interiors is necessary to reduce the number of pathogens leading to nosocomial infections. We provide effective environmental sanitation which physically removes microorganisms from the various fomites that might, in turn, transmit them to patients.
• Disinfection Cleaning. Falls between the processes of physical cleaning and sterilization as the elimination of disease-producing microorganisms, but not spores, from inanimate objects via pasteurization or liquid chemicals. Creates a clean, safe, attractive environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Surgical Area Cleaning. Refers to all rooms/areas where surgical or invasive diagnostic procedures are performed, to include operating rooms, critical care units, labor/delivery rooms, recovery rooms, and emergency rooms.
• Patient Discharge Cleaning. This service encompasses total cleaning within the patient cubical area (in multi-bed rooms) or the entire room (for single-bed rooms) whenever the patient's stay has ended or when the patient has been transferred.
• Regulated Medical Waste (RMW) Disposal. Regulated Medical Waste is any waste from patients in strict or respiratory isolation or with wound and skin precautions; wastes from the microbiology laboratory; and other wastes, such as surgical waste, needles, syringes, and sharps, classified as infectious. Pathological waste is any waste, which includes anatomical parts of humans and animals, excluding human corpses and animal carcasses.
• Internal Emergency Clean Up. Providing emergency response (over and above routinely scheduled work) to perform housekeeping related functions that facilitate patient and staff welfare and safety as a result of mass casualty situations or natural disasters. Examples include: facility defects, fire, severe storms, mass illness, or an injury situation.
• Steadfast Policing. The clean-up of papers and any other debris, removing spills, vomitus, spots and marks from walls, and areas including public restrooms, corridors, elevators, waiting rooms, loading docks, walkways, entrances, parking lots, interior and exterior planters, floors, carpets, and furniture.

• Basic Daily Cleaning. Includes dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, spot cleaning, refuse removal, recycling, spot cleaning, interior and exterior policing, restroom cleaning, elevator cleaning, restocking supplies, etc.
• Periodic Special Cleaning. Includes interior and exterior window washing, high area dusting, snow and ice removal, curtain and blinds cleaning, furniture cleaning, etc.
• Floor Care. Includes buffing, waxing, scrubbing, strip and seal, carpet extraction, carpet shampooing, raised floor cleaning, and any other special floor care requirements.
